HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER
The best way to submit your order request is through our website where we’ve done our best to make the ordering process as smooth and seamless as possible. Once you place a quote request, someone from our team will review. If your request can be completed in full then your completed quote will be sent back to you for signature and payment. If adjustments are needed because we are unable to fill a portion of your request then a team member will reach out to you directly with alternative options. We like to move quickly as our product availability is dynamic and constantly changing so you can expect to receive your formal quote within a few hours if not sooner during normal business hours or next day if your request is placed after hours.
HOW DO I CONFIRM A QUOTE/ORDER?
Quotes are valid for 7 days. After 4 business days, we will send you a gentle reminder that your quote is about to expire. Should another inquiry come through at any time during your quote period that would pose a conflict, borrowed BLU will notify you and offer you the right of refusal. If a deposit and signed rental agreement is not received within the 24 hr period following notification then the items will be released to the other interested parties. For orders requests that are less than 1 month from the event date no quote period will be alloted as items are rented on a first come first serve basis. Unconfirmed quotes are canceled from our system after 30 days.
HOW DO I ADJUST MY ORDER?
Most adjustments can be made directly within our customer portal. All Customers have the ability to create an account and sign into our Rental Storefront to track and manage Orders they have made with borrowed BLU. To create an account, click on Create Account at the top of our Rental Storefront. When you create an account, you must provide a valid Email Address and create a strong Password that will effectively protect your account. Additionally, you must provide a First and Last Name.
Once you are in your account, you can manage Quotes, Upcoming Orders, Past Orders, and Canceled Orders and make change requests if our Rental Storefront does not allow you to do so automatically. All final adjustments for rental orders are due 10 business days prior to the order leaving our warehouse.
IS THERE AN MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes and No. We do have a rental order minimum of $750 for all items with requested delivery. If your order is less than that you are more than welcome to Will Call your items from our warehouse directly. If you absolutely need delivery service for an order less than $750 we are more than happy to add on a “Minimum Delivery” Fee which would amount to the difference between your order and our minimum. Please also keep in mind, some of our products do require minimum quantities and are only available in certain increments. Please refer to the Product Info tab for more details.
HOW DO I SEE SAMPLES?
Please begin by placing a main day event quote request online via our Rental Storefront. Once that has been submitted and we have an active quote with your information in our system please reach out regarding your sample order request by sending an email to contact@borrowedblu.com where a member of our Rentals Team will be in touch to finalize. We offer 1 sample per style at no charge. Requests which require additional quantities or require shipping will be added in at the regular rental rate and incur associated round trip shipping fees. Please note depending on the size of your sample request shipping may or may not be an option due to the fragility of our items. Note we do not offer samples from any of our accessory collections, including vases, cake stands, and trays, due to their limited availability and the delicate nature of these pieces. Because these items are part of carefully curated collections with restricted quantities, allocating samples reduces our ability to fulfill full event orders. Additionally, the risk of damage or breakage during the sample process further impacts our inventory, making it essential to reserve these pieces for confirmed rental orders to ensure availability for all clients.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Due to high demand and fluctuating inventory, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to secure your favorite items. We cannot guarantee the availability of items until an order has been confirmed with a 50% deposit. Officially, all orders must be finalized 7 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders finalized less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur rush fees based on the following schedule:
7-3 Days – $75.00
48-24hrs – $150.00
Less than 24hrs//Same Day– $300

Are you looking for a volume discount? Rental Companies, Caterers, and Brick+Mortar Retailers are welcome to purchase borrowed BLU through our Wholesale Trade Program . Wholesale Professional Discounts are restricted to approved Resale and Trade Professionals only and must adhere to {bB} Shop Terms+Conditions. Our program is designed for those that intend to re-sell our products in their original condition with the packaging intact unless you qualify as a bulk hospitality partner.
