Starting out as one of the nation’s leading Vintage Tabletop Rental companies we have evolved and expanded into a well balanced Luxury Tabletop Rental company. We can assure you that you are seeing the best of what there is to offer in the tabletop market both old and new. We have striven to build a cohesive brand with interchangeable products in all categories so that it is possible for our clients to create an all borrowed BLU tabletop. We hunt, source and custom design all of our products using only the highest quality materials and only in premium condition. That being said, our pricing may appear higher than other commercial rental companies as a result. Because of the vast number of strong collections housed under borrowed BLU you can be sure the possibilities for a unique presentation are endless. Just a tweak of an item and you can produce an entirely different look.
QUANTITY
Because we are a luxury tabletop rental company that houses a variety of unique and one of a kind products we are often asked about quantities. With locations both in California+Connecticut we can assure you that quantities are not a concern. Our average events range from 300- 500+ guests with multiple food coursing in most circumstances. Since we are constantly adding new items and continually replenishing stock in our vintage products we are almost always able to accommodate any size order no matter how large with enough notice. It is however recommended that you book your items as soon as possible. Typically 3-6 months in advance is our recommendation as our items tend to book up quick, sometimes even a year in advance!
WHY AM I REQUIRED TO ORDER A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF SOME ITEMS?

- Dishes: bundles of 5
- Flatware: sleeves of 10
- Napkins: bundles of 10
- Candlesticks: crates of 25
- Napkin rings: increments of 5
- Salt Cellars: increments of 10
- Beverageware and Teacups: rack sizes vary but typically come in racks of 16, 20, 25, and 36 configurations. See the product page for more details.

WHAT DOES AND ALL BORROWED BLU TABLETOP LOOK LIKE AND COST?
You can expect to spend about $8000 for an all {bB} tabletop for up to 200 guests. A typical all inclusive borrowed BLU tabletop includes:
- 1 Presentation Plate
- 1 Dinner Plate
- 2 Salad/Dessert Plates {1 for a salad course and 1 for a dessert course}
- 1 Bread Plate
- 3 Glasses {water/wine/champagne}
- 7 pieces of flatware {salad fork, dinner fork, salad knife, dinner knife, butter knife, teaspoon, dessert fork}.
Every rental order varies depending on the specific food coursing and beverage needs. In fact we encourage you to think about our rentals beyond the tabletop. Not limited to only food service, we are able to accommodate beverageware for your welcome drinks or specialty cocktails and even carry our collections to your dessert station or floral displays and lounge areas.
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN SHADE OF COLOR OR SIZE WITHIN MIXED COLLECTIONS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take requests about specific shades or patterns of any assorted heirloom collections or any collection that is noted to contain a mix of colors or sizes—the beauty is in the variety and you can trust that we have taken care to curate these collections with care.

Are you looking for a volume discount? Rental Companies, Caterers, and Brick+Mortar Retailers are welcome to purchase borrowed BLU through our Wholesale Trade Program . Wholesale Professional Discounts are restricted to approved Resale and Trade Professionals only and must adhere to {bB} Shop Terms+Conditions.
