
White Glove Table Setting/Scullery/Repack
For orders of a certain size and circumstance we may require that our reps be on site to manage and assist with the handling of all {bB} inventory. This includes unpacking our inventory, setting the table with our inventory, receiving the inventory after each course and repacking it for safe trans- portation at the end of the event. When not required, these services are still available upon request.
May be required for:
- Orders sub totaling $2500-$4999 a {BB} rep may be required to assist with scullery.
- Orders sub totaling $5000+ may require the full White Glove Table Setting / Scullery / Repack service.
- Orders outside of the local delivery area.
- Orders where multiple specialty rental companies are involved in the same event.
- If the client or the catering+strike team is not able to adhere to borrowed BLU’s care+repack guide.
- At the discretion of borrowed BLU.
White Glove Table Setting service includes:
- Two {bB} representatives for 8 hours.
- Placement of all borrowed BLU products as well as any other specialty rental product with white gloves to ensure all products are dust and fingerprint free in accordance to your mock up photo. {Note: This does not include linens and if your tables are outside we cannot guarantee that some debris from the trees or birds will not repopulate on surfaces once we have done our final walk through.}
- A walk through with a lint roller to remove unnecessary lint and debris from linens and chairs.
- All flatware and dinnerware will be checked with a finger ruler to ensure things are lined up consistently along the length of your tables.
- A final walk through to ensure tables are photo ready. {i.e. We look from multiple perspectives to make sure visual lines of product and florals line up to get you the most perfect photos.}
- Removal of unnecessary wrappers or packaging from at or around tables.
- Please Note: Linens, Florals and Chairs must be placed and ready to go in order to begin our service. {We will however check the placement of these items in our final walk through to ensure optimal photo readiness.}
- Includes Scullery / Repack services as noted above.
Scullery / Repack service includes:
- Scullery service to receive all front of house items from a stationary location once service staff has cleared tables.
- Removes all debris from borrowed BLU product and separates through {bB} product from other rental products at a stationary location.
- One 6 foot table with two trash cans must be provided by the Client.
- Does not include the removal of trash.
- Careful repack of all {bB} products to ensure safe transport.
- Strike at the end of the event to make sure all {bB} products are collected from the venue.
- As a courtesy, all scullery orders {bB} will provide an initial missing/damaged list to be reviewed and initialed before {bB} departs venue
Rates / Overtime / Holiday Rates:
• Scullery / Repack starts at $225 and includes one {bB} rep for 5 hours.
• White Glove Table Setting starts at $750 for orders totaling $5000-$8000 and includes two {bB} reps for 8 hours. For orders $8000+ costs will increase accordingly.
• Overtime rates apply if a {bB} rep is required to work longer than 8 hours between the hours of 8am-1am or if they are required to be on site before 8am or after 1am at a rate of $75/hr per rep.
• Holiday rates apply on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. Services on these days begin at $350 for Scullery / Repack and $1125 for White Glove Table Setting. Overtime Holiday rates apply to each {bB} rep that is required to work longer than 8 hours between the hours of 8am-1am or if they are required to be on site before 8am or after 1am at a rate of $125/hr per rep.
