WILL CALL

Will Call of borrowed BLU inventory:

• Is an option for non breakable items such as linens, metal stands and trays. Will Call hours are Monday-Thursday between 10am-2pm.

• Arrangements for this option must be made prior to placing your order and are subject to the discretion of a {bB} representative based on product and staff availability.

DELIVERY

Delivery and pick up of borrowed BLU inventory via a {bB} team member:

• Is required for all rental orders over $500

• Is required for all rental orders that contain breakable items and specialty items. A list of these items includes glassware, dinnerware, tea service, cake stands and flatware.

• Is available between the hours of 8am-6pm. If delivery/pick up is needed outside of these hours a fee amounting to either 10% of the rental order subtotal or $50, whichever is greater, will be assessed.

• Base rates for delivery services start at $175 for local orders within a 30 mi. radius of borrowed BLU HQ’s. For West Coast orders, our items are housed in our warehouse located in Culver City, CA. {90232}. For East Coast orders our items are housed in Southington, CT. {06489}.

• A 6 hour window for delivery and a 6 hour window for next day pick up are included in the base rate when quoted. Timed deliveries are available if venue restrictions or event needs require a narrower or specific window at the rates of $25/3 hr, $50/2 hr, $75/1 hr windows .
